The Small Holding Restaurant, Kent
Opened in 2018 in Kilndown, Kent, by brothers Will and Matt Devlin
The Small Holding is a renowned farm-to-table restaurant and Michelin star winner. The restaurant emphasizes sustainability, featuring a monthly changing tasting menu produced from their own farm, which grows 180 varieties of produce, raises chickens, and uses no-dig methods. Junction44 worked closely with Will from start-up phase across branding, environmental colour palette, mobile campaigns and signage.
We are proud of how this little Kent restaurant has grown into a nationally recognised foodie destination.
